Managing Director and Conveyancer

Helgaard Steenkamp is the managing director of HP Steenkamp
Incorporated. He completed his degree at the University of Pretoria, qualified as an attorney in 1996 and then as conveyancer in 1998.

With over 27 years of experience in the legal profession, he has built expertise across various departments including conveyancing, developments, deceased estates, family law, mediation, litigation and contract law and is there to guide you through any process.

ALEXANDRA PESCI

Director and Conveyancer

Alexandra is a Director, Conveyancer and Notary at HP Steenkamp Inc. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Law, a Bachelor of Laws, and a Master of Laws in Banking Law.

Alexandra began her legal career as a legal secretary in 2009, while studying towards her Bachelor of Commerce. She was admitted as an attorney in 2017, as a Conveyancer in 2023, and as a Notary public in 2024.

With 16 years of experience in the legal industry, Alexandra brings both depth and versatility to her practice. During her time in the legal industry, she has worked across various areas of law, with experience in conveyancing, notarial practice, civil litigation, banking law and insolvency. Her extensive expertise enables her to provide clients with practical, efficient, and solutions-driven legal support across a wide range of matters.
